The Albany International Kaukauna facility is seeking a Loom Operator to support the production of Engineered and Forming Fabrics for pulp and paper. You will contribute to safety and quality while learning a range of loom-related tasks and process improvements.

Teamwork, a strong work ethic, and reliability are essential as you perform knot tying, threading, setup, start-ups, and routine maintenance with potential overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate weaving looms and follow instructions on trailer cards.
• Ensure product quality and perform basic maintenance tasks.
• Knot tying, threading, set-up, start-up, and loom operation.
• Assist with changeovers and light cleaning of looms.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and team activities.
