The Bronx Times is currently looking for driven and experienced salespeople to help us grow and expand across the borough.
Key responsibilities
- Acquire, develop, and manage advertising accounts;
- Provide strategy and research in the above-named processes;
- Maintain and grow client relationships;
- Follow-up on potential sales leads;
- Meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly revenue benchmarks;
- Represent The Bronx Times with kindness and a smile as the face of our publication.
Experience
- Established industry relationships or a strong desire to create them;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Spanish is a plus);
- Knowledgeable and passionate about online media and advertising industries;
- Creative problem-solving skills and commitment to task execution;
- Computer savvy;
- Sales and/or marketing experience is preferred.

- Ability to make numerous calls via landline or mobile phone;
- Always be closing;
