• 10+ years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in a senior architect or lead engineering role.
• Expertise in Microsoft Exchange (premises and Cloud), including hybrid configurations.
• Experience with SharePoint (premises and online).
• Proven ability to architect and execute cloud migration strategies, especially from on-premises to Microsoft 365.
• Solid understanding of email security, compliance, retention policies, and governance.
• Strong experience with PowerShell scripting for automation.
