Hello, we're looking for a part-time nanny, about 10 hours a week. Possibility to add another day half day and go up to 15 hours. I'm looking for someone who is patient, gentle, understanding, and engaging. We are more on the crunchy, non-toxic, gentle parenting, and follow a Waldorf style teaching. I can be flexible on start date. I'll be home working to help if needed. I also need help cleaning - dishes, sweeping, counters, tidying, folding laundry. We are in Rancho Bernardo. We prefer no other children to be present, and prefer someone long-term.
