Hi there! We are looking for a dedicated full-time nanny for our 3-year-old daughter. This position starts on September 12th, with flexibility on the start date.

The nanny will provide a loving, attentive, patient, and developmentally appropriate care for our active, intelligent, and curious 3-year-old. Maintain constant safety supervision and a warm, structured daily routine. Engage her in reading, conversation, counting, letters, puzzles, crafts, music, imaginative play, and activities that support language, motor, social-emotional, and preschool skills. Provide regular potty reminders, assist with hygiene, respond calmly to accidents, and update parents on progress. Prepare nutritious meals and snacks, encourage hydration, supervise eating, and clean child-related areas. Maintain nap and quiet-time routines and provide daily physical and outdoor activities when feasible. Use positive guidance without yelling or punishment, avoid screens, encourage independence and cleanup, communicate daily about meals, toileting, sleep, activities, behavior, illness, injuries, and supplies, and respect family culture, privacy, and confidentiality.

You’ll need to have a car for playdates or outings. Experience with multiple children is a plus, as it shows you understand different needs and dynamics.

She is at daycare on Tuesday and Thursday.

The 40-hour full-time work schedule is detailed below:

• Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 7:40 AM - 6:00 PM
• Saturday 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM
