Job summary

Stand Out Home Care is hiring experienced caregivers to provide in-home care for clients across Tennessee. We serve private-pay clients and VA/CHOICES beneficiaries, with options for extra hours or a steady schedule.

Position offers competitive hourly pay of $16.00–$17.50 with weekly pay, and opportunities to grow as the company expands. PTO accrues after 30 days, and insurance begins after 60 days of employment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of caregiving experience required.

• Must be at least 18 years old.

CAREGIVER RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist clients with activities of daily living
• Bathing, grooming, dressing and personal care
• Mobility, transfers and ambulation assistance
• Meal preparation
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Medication reminders
• Companionship and supervision
• Running errands and assisting with daily routines
• Following individualized client care plans
• Maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment
• Reporting changes in a client’s condition to the appropriate team member

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 2 years of caregiving experience required
• Dependable, professional and compassionate
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to follow client care plans and instructions
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to successfully complete required background and compliance screenings
