Job summary

Stand Out Home Care is seeking experienced caregivers to join a growing team across Tennessee. We provide in-home care to private-pay clients and VA/CHOICES programs, offering meaningful, flexible hours and weekly pay.

As a caregiver, you will assist with daily living activities, health monitoring, meal prep, light housekeeping, and companionship, all while following individualized care plans to keep clients safe and comfortable at home.

Qualifications

• - Must be at least 18 years old.
• - High school diploma or GED required.
• - Minimum of 2 years of caregiving experience required.
• - Dependable, professional and compassionate.
• - Strong communication skills.
• - Ability to follow client care plans and instructions.
• - Reliable transportation.
• - Ability to complete background and compliance screenings.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living.
• Bathing, grooming, dressing and personal care.
• Mobility, transfers and ambulation assistance.
• Meal preparation.
• Light housekeeping and laundry.
• Medication reminders.
• Companionship and supervision.
• Running errands and assisting with daily routines.
• Following individualized client care plans.
• Maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment.
• Reporting changes in a client’s condition to the appropriate team member.
