Looking for FT Dental Hygienist for Katy fast-paced busy office!

Join Our Team as a Dental Hygienist!

We are a modern dental practice located in Katy, TX, dedicated to providing exceptional general dentistry services with a strong focus on patient care. Our team thrives on collaboration and mutual respect, ensuring that both our patients and staff feel valued and supported. We’re proud to be a multi-doctor office that values quality care in a friendly and welcoming environment.

We are currently seeking a passionate and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team on a full-time basis. This position has become available due to our current dental hygienist going on maternity leave, and we are looking for someone who can step in immediately, bringing their expertise and enthusiasm to our practice.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform solo periodontal charting and conduct comprehensive oral assessments.
2. Deliver high-quality hygiene services, including but not limited to, scaling and root planing, sealants, and fluoride treatments.
3. Utilize our advanced laser technology to enhance patient comfort and treatment outcomes.
4. Maintain a fast and efficient workflow, seeing one patient at a time with dedicated time slots—typically 60 minutes for new patients, recare visits, and two quadrants of scaling and root planing.
5. Adhere strictly to all infection control protocols, wearing provided PPE including disposable gowns, face shields, goggles, N95 masks, nitrile gloves, and regular masks.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 1 year of experience as a dental hygienist is preferred.
• Current dental hygiene license and laser certification.
• Ability to work independently with excellent time management skills.
• Strong communication skills to foster rapport with patients and staff.
