Dial-a-Nurse in Naples, FL is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) and Home Health Aides (HHA) for short 4-5 hour homecare shifts. You will provide daily living assistance and companionship to clients in their homes, ensuring safety and comfort.

Qualifications

• Must be a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA).

Responsibilities

• Complete daily tasks safely and professionally (ADLs).
• Provide companionship, social and emotional support to clients.
• Assist with personal care including hygiene, mobility, incontinence care, light housekeeping, feeding and meal prep.
• Maintain safety, order, and client enjoyment at all times.
• Provide transportation to appointments if needed.
• Document completion of tasks in a timely manner.
• Report changes in client condition to Care Manager/Staffing Coordinator.
• Alert supervisor of major changes or incidents during shifts.

• Keep order, safety, and client enjoyment top of mind at all times
• Provide transportation to and from appointments if needed
• Detailed documentation of completion of tasks
• Report changes in the client’s physical condition, mental capability, or behavior
• Alert Care Manager / Staffing Coordinator of major changes or incidents during your shift
