Job summary

Maya Home Care in Paramus, NJ is seeking dedicated HHA certified caregivers to join our boutique agency providing compassionate in-home support across New Jersey.

As part of a caring team you will assist with daily living activities, provide companionship, monitor health changes, and document care in our system. We offer training, flexible schedules, and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• HHA certification in New Jersey is required.
• Previous experience in home care is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills essential.
• Valid driver’s license is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, meals).
• Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities.
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe environment.
• Monitor health changes and report to care coordinator promptly.
• Follow individualized care plans with compassion and respect.
• Ensure client comfort and safety at all times.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred.
