Job summary

Maya Home Care in New Jersey is seeking dedicated HHA-certified caregivers to join our boutique PCA/Companion agency. We focus on compassionate, personalized in-home care across New Jersey and seek team members who are passionate about making a difference in clients’ lives.

Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, companionship, light housekeeping, and documenting care. We offer competitive pay, an aggressive bonus structure, flexible scheduling, and ongoing training

Qualifications

• HHA certification in NJ (CHHA) is required or state-certified.
• Experience in home care is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Compassionate, reliable, and dedicated to providing excellent care.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.

• Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities.

• Monitor and report changes in health status to the care coordinator.

• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
