Dolls Cleaning Service Inc is seeking an experienced house cleaner to join our team in New Baltimore, MI. You will travel to client homes Monday through Friday, 8:15 AM to 6 PM, delivering consistent, high-quality cleaning services with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates will take pride in their work, demonstrate reliability, and keep uniforms neat while contributing to a positive team environment.

Qualifications

• Previous professional house cleaning/janitorial experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from work.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to differentiate between cleaning products and their uses.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 55lbs of equipment.
• Ability to withstand regular physical contact with dog and cat hair, mold, dust, mildew, and cleaning solutions.

Responsibilities

• Effectively use provided equipment -- including vacuums and cleaning solutions -- to clean customer homes.
• Clean all surfaces in the home, including fans, blinds, light fixtures, baseboards, fixtures, counters, showers, toilets, cabinets, and floor.
• Ability to clean floors on hands and knees in kitchens and bathrooms.
• Vacuum all stairs, carpet, hard surface floors, and furniture.
• Move all reasonably moveable furniture to clean under and behind.
• Carry all cleaning products and equipment to and from office, vehicle, and customers' homes.
• Assist in keeping supplies stocked and maintaining equipment.
• Contribute to a positive work climate with a pleasant attitude and contribute to the overall team effort including being in uniform, dependable, and on time.

You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by consistently cleaning homes. You will be traveling to customers' homes and providing a variety of cleaning services.
