Residential Property Management Company located in Troy, MI, is looking to hire an experienced Plumber to join our team.

REQUIREMENTS :

1. We require 3+ years working on residential homes.
2. Diagnose problems and recommend appropriate action / repair.
3. Remove and replace damaged, defective, or obsolete piping and plumbing fixtures.
4. Understand local and national building codes.
5. Install various types of service pipes and pipe fittings.
6. Must be able to work independently in the tri-county area, possess a valid driver's license, and have own tools and transportation.
7. Must be able to pass background check and drug test.

Electrical, HVAC, or carpentry experience is a plus.
