• Facilitate higher-level thinking and use research-based instructional strategies.
• Plan using state and local curricula, standards, and data to address differentiated needs.
• Analyze student learning data to inform planning and provide feedback to students and guardians.
• Provide a well-managed, safe and orderly environment conducive to learning; enforce classroom rules.
• Implement school safety measures and crisis emergency plans consistent with district policies.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents/guardians, and staff to enhance student learning.
• Collaborate with paraprofessionals and district personnel to ensure student progress.
• Gather and share instructional goals and student progress in a timely manner.
