Responsibilities

• Counsels students to encourage and support student achievement.
• Monitors and enforces rules of conduct and behavior.
• Observes, evaluates, and reports student performance and development.
• Prepares course outlines, objectives and materials per curriculum guidelines.
• Establishes clear objectives for lessons and projects.
• Presents material using varying teaching methods and technology.
• Instructs students individually and in groups.
• Prepares, administers, grades and reports tests and assignments.
• Prepares attendance and activity reports for admins.
• Communicates with parents, teachers and admins to resolve issues.
