Job summary

Richfield Public Schools is hiring a part-time Special Education Paraprofessional-Resource at Richfield Dual Language Elementary School for the 2026-2027 school year. The position serves students in grades K-5 and begins September 1, 2026 and runs through December 18, 2026.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $23.19 with placement on step 1 for substitutes in the relevant contract classification, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Job description

The Richfield Public School District is now accepting applications for a part-time Special Education Paraprofessional-Resource at Richfield Dual Language Elementary School for the 2026-2027 school year, working with students in grades K-5. This assignment will start September 1 - December 18, 2026.

Requirements:

Must be highly qualified, providing supporting documentation; having 1 of the 3 listed below:

1. Completed two years of study (equaling 60 or more credit hours) from an accredited institution of higher education (Transcripts).
2. Have an Associate's degree or higher (Transcripts).
3. Obtained a passing score on the MN-approved assessment ParaEducator, which measures math and reading skills (Certificate).

Hourly Rate:

$23.19 (Substitutes are placed on step 1 of contract in the classification they're subbing in).
