The position runs from 9/21/2026 to 1/3/2027, 8 hours per day, at a pay rate of $23.34 per hour. Candidates should have a high school diploma, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and demonstrate strong organizational and communication

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One year post-secondary training in business office procedures preferred.
• Minimum one year related experience preferred.
• Knowledge of operating telephone console to manage multiple lines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of basic office procedures.
• Excellent communication with students, parents, and staff.
• Ability to organize and prioritize work.
