New Teacher Training

August 7th - August 13th

A 1st grade long-term substitute position at Green Ridge Elementary is available for the 2025-2026 school year. An active Elementary K-6 or Elementary All Subjects 4-6 Pennsylvania Teaching Certification is required. Individuals with PreK-4 certifications are encouraged to apply, and the District will assist in obtaining your emergency permit. Candidates with multiple certifications are preferred. Prior experience in elementary education and special education certification is also preferred. Candidates must have a thorough understanding of elementary-aged children and good communication skills. They must be able to teach the approved curriculum. The selected candidate(s) may be required to teach in a blended or online format as requested by administration.
