Job summary

Carrington Academy in Windermere is seeking a Long Term Substitute Teacher for the Early Childhood Education program. The role focuses on engaging, age‑appropriate activities and building strong partnerships with families.

We look for energetic individuals with a passion for early learning who can collaborate with co‑teachers and school leaders to ensure a nurturing and effective learning environment for all ages of children.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age and meet state licensing requirements.
• CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• Prior experience in a licensed childcare center and comfortable working with children of all ages.
• A passion for early learning, creativity, and helping children discover new skills each day.
• Authorization to work in the United States
• Must be available to work from 9/14/2026-11/23/2026
