Responsibilities

• Direct instruction of students.
• Monitor student progress on an ongoing basis.
• Serve as the IEP liaison and complete state mandated paperwork, including progress reports and annual reviews.
• Conduct three-year re-evaluation testing and related assessments.
• Support inclusion through behavior intervention plans and engagement strategies.
• Manage academic, behavioral, and social skill instruction within the special education process.
• Data collection and analysis.
• Collaborate with general education and special education staff.
• Attend faculty and department meetings; communicate with parents/guardians and outside providers.
