Job summary

Natick Public Schools is seeking a Long Term Substitute Paraprofessional Educator/Special Education - Group 2 for BH location. The role runs from August 24, 2026 through October 21, 2026, reporting to the Special Education Administrator/Principal, with 1.0 FTE for the period.

The successful candidate will support students with diverse needs in both special and general education settings, implement prescribed instruction, and collaborate with staff to promote equity and student growth.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or GED.
• Preferred experience with Google Suite and PowerSchool; training available.
• Ability to work with diverse students, families, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Work with students individually and in small groups.
• Support teachers in special education and general education settings.
• Assist with transitions and prescribed instruction.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional conduct.
• Collect data on student progress and support behavior plans.
