Clean Water Action is hiring full-time and part-time Grassroots Organizers in Philadelphia, PA, to join our Field Canvass team. You will canvass communities on water quality, environmental justice, and related campaigns, engaging residents directly and collecting calls-to-action for policymakers.

The role offers an in-person schedule from 2 pm to 9 pm with pay at $21 per hour plus performance bonus opportunities, and a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, plus

Clean Water Action is hiringfull-time and part-time Grassroots Organizers in Philadelphia, PAto join our Field Canvass team.We are currently fighting tosafeguard communities from AI data centers, ban PFAS from household products, and uplift Pennsylvanians living in neighborhoods facing environmental injustice.

As part of our team, youwill canvasscommunities around these vital issues through grassroots organizing.Responsibilitiesincludeone-on-one communication with community members, fundraising, collecting calls-to-actions addressed to lawmakers (e.g., petitions, phone calls, and handwritten letters), dispersing information, andaccuraterecord keeping.

• Location: This is an in-person position in Philadelphia, PA. Relocation assistance is not provided.
• Hours: 2 pm to 9 pm
• Schedule: Full-time (Monday through Friday) ORPart-time (3 or 4 weekdays)
• Compensation: $21 an hour plus performance bonus opportunities

Candidates should have an interest in non-profit or campaign work, policy, or politics. Ideal candidates enjoy connecting with people as part of their daily work and are motivated to make real change on these issues.
