Responsibilities

• Weave Cascade Christian Schools' guiding principles into all endeavors.
• Follow the day's lesson plans as closely as possible.
• Leave a written account of the day's work for the returning teacher, including discipline and coverage.
• Incorporate a biblical worldview in instruction and planning.
• Leave the classroom in good physical order and ready for the next teacher.
• Assume the normal supervisory duties of the regular teacher.
• Correct students' work for the day and monitor progress.
• Work creatively with the assigned curriculum and materials.
• Assist with curriculum development as assigned.
• Incorporate instructional strategies to create a conducive learning environment.

Salary Range: $42,686 - $57,895; Pro-rated depending on qualifications and days
