• Assess student progress and adjust instruction accordingly.
• Create an inclusive, welcoming classroom environment.
• Support students one-on-one or in small groups as needed.
• Collaborate with special education staff to support IEPs and accommodations.
• Administer assessments and track student progress over time.
• Maintain accurate student records and communicate progress to guardians.
