Poudre School District in Fort Collins is seeking a 2026-27 Classified Long Term Substitute-Early Childhood Paraprofessional at Olander Elementary School. The substitute covers 7.5 hours per day for a leave from late October 2026 to early February 2027, with a 186-day work calendar.

The role supports the classroom teacher with instruction, assessment, and daily activities for children ages 3-5, including documentation and parent communication. Requires Associate degree; Bachelor’s preferred.

Qualificações

• Associate degree required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• Level II in Colorado Shines PDIS required or preferred.
• One year of related experience.
• Experience in a school setting preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with implementing instruction for 3–5 year olds.
• Assess students and document progress.
• Prepare classroom materials and maintain records.
• Monitor students in classroom, recess, field trips, and bus.
• Communicate daily progress with parents and staff.
• Attend trainings, in-services, and meetings.
• Other duties as assigned.
