Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in a related health field preferred.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally and long distances.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of Lifetime Wellness programs across multiple facilities.
• Assist planning, organizing, and facilitating group and individualized wellness programs.
• Adapt activities to resident abilities and individual needs.
• Provide engaging one-on-one programming and complete required documentation.
• Help identify and develop innovative programs to enhance resident quality of life.
