Exciting Opportunity for Registered Nurses to be part of a committedand compassionate care team.URMC has the privilege of opening a 40 bed, newly renovated long term care unit at St. Johns Nursing home. This unit will accept alternate level of care (ALC) patients from hospitals within the URMC system. This is an exciting opportunity to partner with the team at St. Johns to open and build a sustainable model to care for the patients admitted to this unit. The candidates must demonstrate strong critical thinking skills, flexibility, communication, a collaborative spirit, and a willingness to be part of a trailblazing team. Experience in Long term care preferred but not required, all eligible applicants considered.
