Job summary

Totality Staffing & Consulting Services, LLC is seeking a Nursing Assistant to provide essential personal care and daily living support in a facility setting in Iowa Falls. You will assist with hygiene, dressing, feeding, and mobility, under nursing supervision, and contribute to a warm, patient-centered environment.

Starting pay ranges from $24 to $29 per hour, with potential for higher by taking last-minute shifts.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED.
• Must read, write, and follow written and oral instructions in English.
• Completion of a 75-hour Nurse Aide course is required.
• At least 1 year of CNA experience.
• Must maintain certification without restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance in the facility.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Help with dressing, grooming, bathroom needs, feeding, and baths/showers.
• Observe and report vital signs and changes to nursing staff.
• Maintain clear communication with residents and the care team.

Pay Rate

Pay Rate: $24/Hr.-$29/Hr.

Great Wage: We know how hard it is working in Senior Care and we want you to be compensated for your hard work. Starting pay is $24 hourly with the opportunity to make $4 more an hour with picking up last minute shifts.

Job Summary

Nursing Assistants are responsible for providing personal care and assistance in the facility. Nursing Assistants may be called upon to help residents with personal hygiene, including assistance with dressing, grooming, going to the bathroom, feeding and the giving of baths/showers. Nursing Assistants will be called upon to provide basic treatments as required at the direction of the nursing staff. This includes but is not limited to such things as taking vital signs. Nursing Assistants are responsible for observing and reporting changes in residents’ physical and emotional conditions to the nursing staff. Excellent communication and team skills are needed.
