Job summary

Totality Staffing & Consulting Services, LLC is seeking Nursing Assistants to provide compassionate personal care in our facility. Starting pay is $22 per hour with the opportunity to earn up to $39 per hour by taking last-minute shifts.

Weekly and daily pay options are available, plus a referral bonus program and incentive opportunities. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, 75-hour Nurse Aide course, and at least 1 year of CNA experience.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant is required.
• Must maintain CNA certification without restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance to residents, including dressing, grooming, hygiene, bathroom assistance, feeding, and baths/showers.
• Take vital signs and monitor residents; observe and report changes in physical and emotional condition to nursing staff.

Job Summary Nursing Assistants are responsible for providing personal care and assistance in the facility. Nursing Assistants may be called upon to help residents with personal hygiene, including assistance with dressing, grooming, going to the bathroom, feeding and the giving of baths/showers. Nursing Assistants will be called upon to provide basic treatments as required at the direction of the nursing staff. This includes but is not limited to such things as taking vital signs. Nursing Assistants are responsible for observing and reporting changes in residents' physical and emotional conditions to the nursing staff. Excellent communication and team skills are needed.
