Job summary

Trego County Lemke Memorial Hospital is seeking a Full or Part-time RN/LPN to join our skilled nursing team. Shifts include 6a-6p, 6p-6a, and 2-10p or 10p-6a with every 3rd weekend and rotating holidays. The role involves direct care, supervising CNAs, and resident/family teaching to support our mission.

Position Overview

Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates the nursing care of residents within the skilled nursing setting.
