Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid State Pharmacy License and current registration.
• Pre-employment and/or random drug screening completed.
• Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Dispense prescriptions following HealthDirect Standard of Practice.
• Perform QA steps for accuracy and report dispensing incidents.
• Adhere to state and federal regulations governing pharmacy practice.
• Manage initial submission, resubmission, and collection of third-party claims.
• Maintain inventory to maximize turns while meeting customer needs.
• Ensure records are maintained per guidelines and provide excellent customer service.
• Oversee hiring practices, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions for clinic staff.
• Perform MTM/IMMR and other clinical functions to support consultants.
