Within the Long Term Care unit, the Long Term Care Nursing Director will lead high-quality skilled nursing services for residents requiring rehabilitation, chronic condition management, and ongoing clinical support. The Director of Nursing will advance resident-centered care, regulatory readiness, infection prevention, quality improvement, staffing effectiveness, and positive resident and family experiences while fostering a welcoming environment that preserves dignity, independence, and comfort.

The Director of Nursing will report to senior healthcare leadership and receive support from experienced administrators, clinical leaders, and operational partners.
