CVS Health is seeking a Clinical Nurse Specialist/Infusion Educator for LTC to provide consultative support in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities. This role involves building client relationships, ensuring compliance, and conducting training on infusion therapies, requiring significant travel and collaboration with various healthcare disciplines. Position Summary:
This critically important role is responsible for providing consultative support to contracted Skilled Nursing (SNF) and Assisted Living (ALF) facilities. The Clinical Nurse Specialist/Infusion Educator for LTC (Long Term Care) will work collaboratively with other Omnicare disciplines to develop client relationships, aid in the retention and expansion of existing business, and help to ensure execution of contract covenants.
*** Eligible candidates will reside preferably in Baltimore, Washington DC or somewhere between, and will average 32 hours or more per week traveling to facilities in the surrounding area and other states as needed. The other 8 hours of the work week are considered office days to plan visits.

The typical pay range for this role is:
$66,575.00 - $142,576.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
