Amergis Healthcare Staffing seeks a Long Term Care (LTC) LPN for travel assignments in Van Buren, ME. The role supports the care team in delivering patient care in LTC/assisted living facilities, applying clinical judgment with supervision and effective coordination of patient care.

The position requires an active LPN license, health cert, PPD or chest X-ray, BLS, and 18+ years old, with preferred 1 year nursing experience and successful Amergis background screening.

Formación

• Current LPN license for the state of practice.
• Current health certificate.
• Current PPD or chest X-ray.
• One year nursing experience preferred.
• Current BLS card.
• 80%+ on clinical specialty screening tests.
• Amergis background screening process completed.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the care team in delivering care in a LTC/ALF setting.
• Demonstrate clinical judgment with supervision and critical thinking.
• Coordinate patient care with nursing standards.
• Support others in the management of patient care.

Location: Van Buren, ME

The Long Term Care LPN assists the care team in the deliveryof care for patients in a Long Term Care/Assisted Living Facility. The nursedemonstrates ability to make clinical judgments in an effective and efficientmanner with supervision, as well as critical thinking and performance abilityin the coordination of patient care. Additionally, this individual performsaccording to nursing standards and is accountable in managing patient care andassisting others in the management of patient care.

Minimum Requirements:

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse License for the state inwhich the nurse practices

• Current Health Certificate (if applicable)

• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray

• One year prior professional nursing experience preferred

• Current BLS card

• Successful completion of screening tests for the clinicalspecialty area(s) in which the LPN practices with a score of 80% or greater

• Successful completion of Amergis Background ScreeningProcess

• Must be at least 18 years of age
