Job summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking an LPN to deliver patient care in Long Term Care/Assisted Living facilities. The role requires clinical judgment, coordination of care, and adherence to nursing standards under supervision.

The position emphasizes ongoing screening compliance, health certifications, and background checks as part of our hiring process. Travel assignments are provided across multiple locations in Pennsylvania.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license for the state of practice.
• Current Health Certificate (if applicable).
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
• One year prior professional nursing experience preferred.
• Current BLS card.
• Successful completion of screening tests in the clinical specialty with 80%+ score.
• Successful completion of Background Screening Process.

Responsibilities

• Provide care in a Long Term Care/Assisted Living Facility.
• Demonstrate clinical judgment with supervision and coordination of patient care.
• Adhere to nursing standards and be accountable for patient care management.
• Assist others in patient care management.

Job description

The Long Term Care LPN assumes responsibility andaccountability for the delivery of care for patients in a Long TermCare/Assisted Living Facility. The nurse demonstrates ability to make clinicaljudgments in an effective and efficient manner with supervision, as well ascritical thinking and performance ability in the coordination of patient care.Additionally, this individual performs according to nursing standards and isaccountable in managing patient care and assisting others in the management ofpatient care.

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse License for the state inwhich the nurse practices
• Current Health Certificate (if applicable)
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray
• One year prior professional nursing experience preferred
• Current BLS card
• Successful completion of screening tests for the clinicalspecialty area(s) in which the LPN practices with a score of 80% or greater
• Successful completion of Background Screening Process
