Qualifications

• Current New York State LPN license.

• Reliable, punctual and able to work every other weekend.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. and pass background screenings.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate nursing care to elderly and rehabilitative residents.
• Administer medications, perform treatments, and follow care plans.
• Monitor resident conditions and document observations accurately.
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and facility staff for cohesive patient care.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with infection control and facility regulations.
