Job summary
Healthcare Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Registered Dietitian to manage clinical nutritional services at a long-term care facility. You will assess residents, develop care plans, provide education, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve health outcomes.
We offer Monday–Friday schedules with flexibility, comprehensive benefits, and training support. Eligibility requirements include active RD credential and state licensure. Location-specific details vary by facility.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of nutrition care regulations (preferred).
- Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities
- Assess residents' nutrition needs and document plans in EMR.
- Develop and evaluate individualized care plans based on clinical findings, lab results, weight trends, intake, and comorbidities.
- Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents, families, and staff.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to determine a plan of care that improves health.
- Ensure adherence to CMS, State, and Federal regulations and company standards.
- Provide coverage in multiple buildings based on company needs, and as desired.
- All other duties as assigned.
