What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide technical support for the preparation, implementation, and completion of household surveys
- Assist in questionnaire design, sample design, and data collection processes
- Collaborate with survey managers and coordinators to ensure adherence to global survey protocols
- Participate in the development and improvement of survey methodologies and tools
- Support training and monitoring of data collection personnel for quality assurance

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Demography, Statistics, or related field
- At least five (5) years of experience in project design and quantitative household surveys
- Strong knowledge of MS Office and statistical analysis software
- Fluency in English; knowledge of other UN languages is an advantage
- Proven ability to work effectively in multicultural environments

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior experience with MICS or DHS household surveys
- Master’s degree in a relevant field with ten (10) years of experience in quantitative household surveys
- Experience in survey report writing and methodological development
- Familiarity with data processing and quality monitoring indicators
- Demonstrated training experience in survey methodologies
