Health Care Administrators Association® (HCAA) seeks a PRN LTAC RN to provide high-quality care for medically complex patients in a long-term acute care setting.

The role involves performing comprehensive patient assessments, managing vents, IVs, and wounds, administering medications, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to implement care plans. You will support safe transitions and patient/family education in a dynamic LTAC environment.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure.
• Experience with vent management, IV therapy, and wound care.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
