Job summary

Lancaster-Lebanon IU13 is seeking a School Social Worker to serve as a liaison between the school, families, and community resources. The role reports to the Program Supervisor for designated special education programs.

Requires a Master’s degree in social work and School Social Work Certification with a PA license (LSW or LCSW). Fieldwork experience and knowledge of school and family systems are essential, along with a valid PA driver’s license and IU13 driver certification.

• Field work or internship in social casework.
• Knowledge of school system, family system, social agency operation; able to work with families of children with disabilities; valid PA driver's license with a good driving record; IU13 Certified Driver.

Other Qualifications: Knowledge of school system, family system, social agency operation and ability to fit all together.
