C&S Chemicals is seeking an experienced OTR Tanker Truck Driver based in Bartow, FL. The role involves hauling liquid bulk hazardous materials on regional and national routes, with safety and regulatory compliance at the forefront.

The position offers a competitive hourly wage of $28.00–$30.00 with an additional $500 quarterly incentive bonus. Applicants must hold a Class A CDL, Tanker and Hazmat endorsements, and meet experience requirements.

Qualifications

• Willingness to put our customers first.
• Capable of maneuvering vehicles and equipment in confined environments.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Class A CDL (unrestricted) required.
• Tanker and Hazmat Endorsements required.
• At least 24 months verifiable commercial vehicle operating experience within last 36 months.
• No more than three (3) Moving Violations in the last 36 months.
• No more than one (1) “Serious” Violations in the last 36 months.

Responsabilités

• Safely drives and operates trucks in accordance with all applicable laws and company policies.
• Performs pre‑ and post‑trip inspections in line with USDOT regulations and uses ELD for log accuracy.
• Wears PPE as required and follows SOPs for loading and unloading materials.
• Maintains load documentation accuracy and reads bills of lading for instructions.
• Performs basic vehicle maintenance and emergency roadside repairs as needed.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
