Job summary

Golden Waffles seeks an Over-the-Road Driver, Class A, to transport equipment and freight on long-haul routes. Expect extended travel away from home for 10–14 consecutive days, with lodging provided and per diem for overnight travel.

You will load/unload, ensure safe handling, and maintain records per DOT and company standards. Qualified applicants have a CDL A with a clean record, 2+ years of experience, ability to lift up to 75 lbs, and pass a drug test/background check.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A with clean driving record.
• Minimum of 2 years of CDL driving experience.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 75 lbs.
• Must be able to work overnight shifts for up to six consecutive days.
• Must pass pre-employment drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle to transport products from manufacturing facility to warehouses/destinations.
• Assist with loading and unloading of products at multiple stops.
• Ensure deliveries are on schedule while complying with DOT regulations and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation.
• Communicate with Dispatcher and warehouse staff regarding delivery status.
