Job summary

Citi London is seeking full-time Analysts to join the Markets team, rotating across product and function with a structured training program beginning Summer 2026.

Based at Canary Wharf with hybrid work up to two days at home, you'll build relationships across desks and develop skills in fixed income, currency, commodities, and equities while gaining risk management and trading exposure.

Qualifications

• Final year student or recent graduate.
• 2:1 (or equivalent) at undergraduate level.
• Degree from Business or Engineering school preferred.
• Proficient in VBA and Python; strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyse macro and quantitative market information to support the team.
• Develop growth strategies across product lines and coordinate data.
• Shadow desks across trading floor to build professional network.
• Gain exposure to senior mentors and rotate across product.
• Learn liquidity dynamics through market making, risk management, and trade execution.
