The position requires 16-20 shifts per month, though providers offering a minimum of 12 shifts may be considered. Shifts are structured in blocks of 5 (8-hour shifts) or 4 (10-hour shifts). The CRNA will work in the main OR, handling 3-7 consecutive cases, with no solo work or on-call duties. The case mix includes EP cases, TAVRs, Watchman procedures, complex neuro and thoracic, trauma, major vascular, OB, plastics, ortho, GI, and more.
