Job summary

IPG is seeking a Shipping/Receiving/Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the control, storage, and movement of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods to support uninterrupted production. You will partner with planning, scheduling, and shipping to optimize inventory accuracy and warehouse efficiency.

Key responsibilities include inventory control, warehouse management, and production support, with a focus on cost-effective operations and supplier coordination.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s preferred.
• Experience as a logistics coordinator in manufacturing.
• Experience in customer service is a plus.
• Knowledge of DOT laws and regulations is a plus.
• Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities; excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Plan raw material needs with Master Scheduler and Supply Planner.
• Maintain physical locations for all raw materials and WIP.
• Manage cycle counts and inventory across internal and third-party warehouses.
• Ensure materials for production are in-house before start of schedule.
• Coordinate third-party warehouse relationships and material movements.
• Support Master Scheduler and shipping coordination as needed.
