Position Summary:

Responsible for the day-to-day operation of receiving, selection, and loading of products, while maintaining productivity levels for hourly team members. Role model and demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Desired Previous Job Experience:

• 2-5 years supervisory experience
• High School diploma or higher; degree preferred

Minimum Position Qualifications:

• At least two years of leadership experience
• Highly motivated, energetic, with a strong sense of urgency to address issues
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to report and recommend solutions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
