Job summary

CBRE DirectLine is seeking a Logistics & Warehouse Specialist in the United States to ensure the right quantity of materials for projects and to meet targets for quality, delivery, and total cost of acquisition.

Responsibilities include processing shipments, preparing orders, maintaining inventory, and ensuring safety and accuracy. Eligible candidates should have a valid driver's license and forklift experience; relocation assistance may be available on select roles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s preferred.
• Ability to work in fast-paced warehouse and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with good organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Process and load orders to complete shipments.
• Prepare orders by pulling materials and packing boxes.
• Maintain inventory controls and stock locations.
• Adhere to safety, quality, and process standards.
• Generate reports with required information.
• Operate forklift and box truck as needed.
