Proven experience in warehouse management or supervisory role.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff activities (receiving, storing, picking, packing, shipping).
Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.
Monitor inventory levels and conduct cycle counts/audits.
Develop strategies to optimize space and efficiency.
Train and mentor staff on safety, equipment operation, and proper handling of goods.
Enforce safety regulations and maintain clean, orderly environment.
Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments with procurement and logistics.
Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for warehouse services.
