Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a warehouse associate to support order processing, inventory updates, and data entry. You will use a Warehouse Management System to maintain accurate records and ensure timely processing of shipments.

The role requires basic computer skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A high school diploma and 1 year of warehouse exposure are preferred, with a flexible schedule and potential overtime.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak, read (fine print) and write in English, including reading, understanding and interpreting safety rules, operating instructions and procedural documents.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel and Outlook)

Responsibilities

• Process orders and maintain inventory in a Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Perform data entry tasks
• Research and correct transaction errors
• Handle domestic and international shipping documents
