Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a shipping/receiving or assembly role.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and shipping software.
• Knowledge of hazardous materials shipping regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process freight documentation and maintain audit-ready shipping records.
• Manage international small parcel and pallet shipments using shipping software.
• Prepare and verify export documentation including invoices and packing lists.
• Ensure shipments comply with international shipping guidelines and regulations.
• Maintain knowledge of IATA, IMDG, and DOT/49 CFR hazardous materials regulations.
• Coordinate with customers and freight forwarders for booking and shipment tracking.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels and warehouse accuracy.
• Respond to customer service requests and resolve shipping or logistics issues.
• Support warehouse operations and KPI performance goals.
• Follow all safety, compliance, and company policies.
